The front desk staff Jennifer and Tigran were fantastic! Their friendly attitude made me feel welcomed for my entire stay.

It wasn’t cheap, not exactly a bargain but acceptable.

Loved the cozy vibe and the little kitchenette was super handy for making snacks! Plus, the pool and patio area really helped us unwind after a long day. One small downside was that the parking fees added up, but it didn’t ruin our stay. 😊

Spacious rooms but cleanliness issues

The room offered generous space and a functional kitchenette, which I appreciated during my stay. However, I encountered issues with cleanliness, as the trash was not emptied when I arrived, and the bathroom lacked essential toiletries. Additionally, the overall upkeep of the room could definitely be improved.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Extended Stay America Suites, Los Angeles, Woodland Hills. The room was spacious with a well-equipped kitchenette, which made my stay comfortable and convenient. The location was also fantastic, with grocery stores nearby.

More kitchen supplies would improve the experience.

The check-in process was easy, but I had a frustrating incident with lost mail. On a positive note, Liz from the front desk was incredibly helpful. The nearby dining options provided tasty meals—definitely try the local diner for breakfast!

i had a nice stay at extended stay. the location is really convenient, with ralph's grocery store and several restaurants just a short walk away. the complimentary wireless internet was a great plus, making it easy to stay connected while i was there. also, they offered discounted access to a nearby fitness facility, which i really appreciated.

The studio with 1 king bed had a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, microwave, and refrigerator. The room also featured air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom complete with free toiletries. I loved the convenient dining area and the comfortable workspace at the desk. Cozy carpets made it feel homey.

The room faced several issues, with a lingering odor reminiscent of a smoking past, and the air conditioning unit making unsettling noises upon shutdown. Limited toiletries left me scrambling for the basics, and missing tub stoppers made for a less-than-ideal bathing setup. A few broken or incomplete items like the bedside clock and electrical outlet didn’t help either. The presence of unemptied trash and questionable cleanliness in the hallways contributed to a feeling of discomfort.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and the well-equipped kitchen with microwave and refrigerator. The staff helped me print important documents during my first stay, which was unforgettable. Highly recommend it!
